Gourmet Delights
As Hector Hugh Munro once said, “You needn't tell me that a man who doesn't love oysters and asparagus and good wines has got a soul, or a stomach either. He's simply got the instinct for being unhappy highly developed.”
Other then serving our magnificent oysters at each event, we will also be serving exciting gourmet delights, catering to everyone’s taste. Creamy Guinness, fresh oysters, chilled white wine, smoked salmon on homemade brown bread, steaming seafood chowder and indulgent deserts make the Galway International Oyster Festival a truly culinary experience.
